Jason Dailey responded to service call on Friday. Long story short, our old Rheem unit was not under warranty, needing replacement. He arranged the sale, installation and we were able to finance for 5 years with no interest, even was able to include previous work as a credit towards new unit. The install team, Dominick Yarruso and Kyle came the next morning, installed inside and outside units in under 4 hours, checked out everything and tested, cleaned everything up. We are super happy with all transactions we’ve had with Snyder!

Our Technician was Jason Ryan's. He was friendly, on time and a complete professional. He thoroughly explained what he needed to inspect and then followed through on checking the toilets, sinks and the shower head. He went over his quote and explained what the cost would be for replacing the toilets or fixing them. In addition, he recommended replacing the shower head which we needed very badly to get done. He was thorough in his explanations and very patient with our questions. He did a great job explaining what items needed to be fixed and or replaced. Highly recommend Jason and Snyder Air....they came out same day, on a holiday no less, when I called about my ac not working. Had to come back the next day after the coils unfroze to look at it better. Once it was decided that a new ac unit was the better investment, he broke down the ones he recommended and why and answered all my questions. They come tomorrow to install the new ac unit, so all together this will have been a 3 day process. Can't recommend them enough....from the operator that answered the phone to the guys that have come out....friendly and knowledgeable.
