The service provided by William and Jarvis was professional and quality service. They arrived on time, explained what they were going to do, put materials down to protect the home as they removed, and installed a new HVAC unit. Upon completion William walked me through how to use my new system as well as downloading the app to control the thermostat. Thank you Synder for sending your knowledge technician to complete the assignment!

AWESOME service on emergent plumbing situation that Katt diagnosed and resolved. She provided expedient, professional service as well as had harmonious attitude upon arrival to our home since this situation was known of at evening hours. Katt taught us about our plumbing issue! Snyder s pulled through when other companies were not able to help same day appointment. God bless you Katt and supportive team for helping us avoid lots of water damage and coming out same day kept our stress in check; especially before Christmastime! I am rating Aaron as excellent. He came out in an emergency situation on a Sunday evening. I had no idea water was shooting out of my irrigation system, until my neighbor notified me. I didn't know what to do or who to call. But I thought of Synder since I have routine maintenance scheduled with them tomorrow. Aaron came out promptly, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, & professional. I could not have asked for better service. Thank you to the dispatch, Aaron & Synder!

I had my AC serviced today by David Popp and it is hard to express how impressed and pleased of the service he provided. Not only was he professional in the work he preformed but he was pleasant in his mannerism. Almost immediately he gained my trust as he was able to educate me on the questions I had about the freon filter. After completing the maintenance David took his time to go over all the parameters of the inspection and clearly educated me on my options. I ultimately had a soft starter installed to address the 121 amp surge to the compressor that brought it down to 35 amps, in addition to replacing the UV lamp. Best service I have ever experience with my AC. Thank you Snyder Man for sending Super Man! David loves his work because he told me so. What a testament to himself, his trade and Snyder Air. Hope I see David in 6 months. Well done David.

Aaron got my kitchen sink pipe problem fixed up in a jiffy! He even went the extra mile to extend the new pipe out of the way and screw it flush to the cabinet so the faucet hose wouldn't catch on it again. I would recommend Aaron and Snyder to anyone.
