Schneider's tech Dylan did an excellent job, with all the explanations and reasons of how and why it's important to maintenance and regularly check your HVA system and your air-conditioning unit. Dylan was very thorough, answered all my questions and gave really good advice on small things that I could do to help prolong the life of my units. I would highly recommend Snyder's Air conditioning, plumbing and electric services, they've definitely hired the right person and Dylan.

Jesse was amazing he even cleaned up the bathroom after fixing the toilet issue. Flushable wipes are not flushable! Don’t be fooled by marketing tactics. The gentlemen that installed the vacuums to get rid of the water leakage going all the way from the toilet upstairs into the ceiling downstairs was kind, respectful, and took the extra time to make sure we would not get mold from sitting water. Five stars all the way. I’m very surprised and happy with the results. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ian did a fantastic job on a maintenance call for my older AC unit. He went above to identify the issue and correct it, while also explaining to me how I could prevent additional issues in the future. His careful, patient, and friendly demeanor was very much appreciated. The level of service he provided was amazing for the cost. We recently had our maintenance check completed on our A/C system. Technician Joe Coleman from Synder came out on time as scheduled. He was very professional and well mannered as we have two large dogs that accepted his presence. Joe was very knowledgeable about our system and assited in bringing our system up to date to help prevent future system issues. It was a pleasure to have him conduct this service. I was very satisfied and will continue to have Synder maintain my service needs.

Joe Byrd was actually a breath of fresh air. Our water heater was leaking and smelled of smolder which tripped the breaker. Snyder set a next day appt and Joe came. He was very helpful and unassuming and gave us his honest advise without being pushy at all. He actually shared lots of info on pricing and warranties and made the decision rather easy for us. He even shared a few tips and insights we didn’t even know about water softeners and shower fixtures too. We should be good to go soon because they can do a same day replacement, at which point I will thoroughly enjoy a hot shower. Thanks Joe Byrd. (Edited 9/18) Katia Lindsey arrived soon after and started the installation. I was not there, but the install was completed quickly and my wife said Katia was nothing short of knowledgeable and excellent. Thanks Katia.

I had Justin R. and Conan M. as my technicians from Snyder. They did an amazing job replacing three ceiling fans, hanging one new ceiling fan, replacing four different hanging lights, and replacing an old thermostat. They were able to start working the same day they came out to quote me. Snyder has competent, smart technicians, and offer fair pricing. I would recommend Snyder for contracting, and try to get Justin and Conan to do your electrical work.

Tom did a great job for us. We had a problem with the outside unit after the techs that did our routine maintenance. Unit was not cooling. Tom came in and checked the system and repaired the unit free of charge. Nice work!

Hang on to this kid… he’s a HUGE ASSET TO SNYDER PLUMBING!!! Devon came today for our bi yearly inspection for the awesome $250 a year program! It includes 2 inspection for electrical and plumbing!!! Today is 5/11/2024 and I had a Chris Burger as an electrician at my house. 21 years old and he was absolutely AMAZING! He rewired our fuse box and it was done absolutely perfect!! K B Mr, Nyguen, Was very professional and his work is impeccable!! 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ STARS!! 3/5/2024 Dillon Carter did an outstanding job. He found the problem and not only sol it but added new drainage piping to ensure that the air conditioner condensation line doesn’t get backed up again! I absolutely adore this technician. He goes the extra mile for the customer! Brad, you are doing an excellent job training your team!! Kerry Bragan 9/17/2024 Ken did a very thorough analysis of our plumbing system. He also flushed our water heater. Ken was absolutely an adorable and polite guy! Very professional and knowledgeable!! Electrician -John- exemplifies the super hero service of a real Snyderman not only arriving on less than 12 hrs emergency call response on an early Sunday morning with a big smile and super quick resolution to our downstairs power outage/ circuit breaker debacle- he wowed our family surprising us with a super kind gesture stopping by on his way to our home and picking up a cup of coffee from the nearby mini mart only hearing we couldn't brew our own this morning because of the electricity being out! I really appreciate the way Petey handled a tough situation. When an unexpected issue came up with the valve installation—due to the builder’s original use of plastic fittings—he was upfront and honest about what happened. Instead of cutting corners, he made it right by offering to replace the valve at no extra charge and having his drywall guy repair the damage. While the drywall repair won’t include painting (as explained upfront), I respect that Petey is sticking to the original agreed price of $2,800 and not adding surprise costs. His professionalism, clear communication, and commitment to fixing the problem the right way show that he truly values his customers. Things don’t always go perfectly in construction, but the way Petey handled this situation gave me confidence that I chose the right person for the job.

She diagnosed the problem very quickly and took the extra time to swap around different shower heads so we could determine that the filters were bad. Highly recommend Jason and Snyder Air....they came out same day, on a holiday no less, when I called about my ac not working. Had to come back the next day after the coils unfroze to look at it better. Once it was decided that a new ac unit was the better investment, he broke down the ones he recommended and why and answered all my questions. They come tomorrow to install the new ac unit, so all together this will have been a 3 day process. Can't recommend them enough....from the operator that answered the phone to the guys that have come out....friendly and knowledgeable.
