I highly recommend this company! The AC tech they sent Dillon ( if I spelled right) went above and beyond the service I expected. He identified the problem quickly and provided extremely knowledgeable information. He checked the whole system even though he had already fixed the problem . It was an EMERGENCY! My 92 year old patient had ZERO heat and it was freezing last night! From the time I called to the time Savannah arrived was in a blink of an eye! Savannah was the epitomy of professionalism and empathy! She diagnosed the issue with speed and precision and had the house warm and cozy in under an hour! Steve Lore was very.professional, friendly , on time and explained everything before installing a garage light. The price was very fair and work was done quickly with no mess left afterward. He offered me an annual maintenance plan for electric, plumbing and HVAC listing all of the benefits He also explained a whole house surge protector with a quote and the very generous benefits and what was covered We have used other HVACPE in the past but will do all of our business they Snyder now. 10/10 thanks Steve !

We are in a relatively new home. Had no idea that there were corroded pipes in the A/C unit and bacteria (looked like mold) near the vent. Ishmael got right on it and gave me before and after photos. I am 100% SATISFIED!!!!! Good job!

I need to have a chandelier installed as the flush mount light that was currently in place was just not doing it for me. My technician Marty was exceptional. He was extremely professional, very communicative and a pleasure to work with. I had many questions about the installation, which he answered completely and with great patience. He is very knowledgeable about electrical overall and made me feel comfortable with the work that was done. I would definitely call Snyder again for the nest electrical job hands down. So you can only leave one review per company. And that sucks because Snyder does a lot of work in different areas. So I'm just adding to this review. Just had Carlton at my house for a few hours working on some plumbing. I seem to fancy myself, quite the DIYer, but the reality is everything should be taken out of my hand that resembles a tool or that has any kind of power. Carlton had to come and help remedy a lot of projects I had done around the house. He was extremely knowledgeable, very courteous and a great communicator. He made me feel very confident in making the right choice with Snyder. Hands-down, the best AC plumbing company at the beach. Carlton needs a raise. Just saying,

If you want someone that really cares of what he does, he is your man. He takes time to do his work correctly and explains the problem and recommendation. We went with a solution that I could afford for the time being because I’ll be honest, it is pricey compared to what the representative on the phone when scheduling my appointment told me. We called Snyder on a Friday morning for a repair/installation visit and was pleasantly surprised to have someone available to come out later that morning. The technician, Kat Lindsey, arrived as scheduled. I explained what needed to be done and she got right to work. The fixture we needed installed however (new kitchen sink faucet) wouldn’t operate properly in spite of Kat’s efforts to get it to work. She was gracious enough to wait while I ran to the store to purchase a new fixture and installed it in quick order. She was obviously skilled at her profession, friendly, polite, and even tolerated our curious dachshund. We would definitely have her back for future work. Thanks for a great experience, Kat!

My bathrooms over flowed on new year eve, water everywhere including into my bedroom. I have a back problem so it took me almost 8 hours to clean up and then cleaned everything with bleach. Sewage was disgusting to clean up and boy did it stink. Snyder came out within an hour after I called. The technician was very nice and understanding. He was here about 3 hours clearing my drains. I didn't have the money to pay him when he was finished, so Snyder allowed me a couple of days to ask my kids to send me the money I needed to pay up. I thought that was very understanding, plus they are coming back next week to run a camera for free, to find out where the problem is so I can find the money to dig up my front yard and fix that problem next. It was a rough new years eve day,and happy the problem was resolved. Thanks Snyder

Our plumber, Katia, really knows her trade. She efficiently completed a series of plumbing repairs at our home, all the while explaining what she was doing and why it was important. She recommended additional tasks (locating our sewer clean-out; replacing the water heater anode, etc.) that make sense for us as homeowners. Katia was very neat: wore boot covers indoors, used a drop cloth and cleaned up at the end of each small project. We're glad we called Snyder and are pleased with the service.

Snyder Air Conditioning and Plumbing sent out Austin for pricing and diagnostics for a garbage disposal under the sink leak. He did a great job and was friendly and transparent. The next day Davon came out to the actual garbage disposal replacement/repair.
