At the end of the preventative phase of the svc he showed me what parts I should consider replacing and why and what the price would be depending on what parts I would replace. Dana installed a toilet. He did excellent work. Very meticulous and detailed. He was pleasant, worked hard and thoroughly cleaned up the job site. I am installing two more toilets and have specifically requested Dana for those jobs also. Since I purchased my own toilet from Home Depot, the price only included parts and labor.

They had a very long day with the install which included duct cleaning and crawling through my very tight attic to run new wire for correct placement of the thermostat. Joe was on time and installed a UV lamp in the handler to get rid of fungus growing in it and replaced weak capacitor on compressor motor. He had found those 2 issues during the last maintenance visit. I have found Snyder techs to be very knowledgeable and professional. I know I can count on them and I highly recommend them.

This was an outstanding experience with a seasoned professional, the skill knowledge of the old piping that was busted on the outside of the house. He knew what to do and made it up. He put in a state of the art piece of pipe that has ability to flex different temperatures, and then he came in and checked everything once we turned the main waterline on and very very professional truck tools dress, and he was working long hours because of the freeze.

Absolutely fantastic company, I was able to schedule quickly and easily as a new customer and Jamal was a pleasure to interact with. He took the time to take pictures of the unit and use them to explain what the issues were and broke it all down for me in plain words, which I appreciated so much! He was efficient and thorough, even showed me how to properly change the filters and was careful to wear boot covers inside my house. I was quoted a very fair price! I had yet another 5 star experience with Synder today. Our fire alarms weren’t working properly and we suspected an electrical issue. Billie Stanley was outstanding. He arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, and fixed it! He was kind and reassuring. And he even got a Snyder coloring book to give to my son. So thoughtful! I can’t recommend Snyder enough. Charlie from Snyder did a phenomenal job installing our dryer vent ductwork today! His craftsman ship seemed to be very good and he went above and beyond to make sure the end result was tidy. The job even ended up being bigger than what was quoted, but Charlie made sure the job was done well and at no extra cost! Would absolutely have Synder out again based on this kind of service!

Recently had Bobby James and Matt Steele install a new Ac unit in our southside home. They did a great job installing the unit in a tough location on the second floor all while working around our dogs who were eager to help. When it came time to start the unit up with multiple zones and thermostats they brought in the electronic guys on short notice who had the new unit doing exactly what we wanted and didn't leave until it was doing so. Our heater went out in the middle of the night during the recent freeze (2026). Next morning I called around to a few places to see who could come out to fix it. Everyone said tomorrow. Except Snyder. They were slammed due to the freeze, but they had someone out at 6pm that same day, with the Diagnostic Fee waved. The Technician, Stephen Hammett, was just as incredible. He spent an hour and a half rewiring the board of our Heat Pump, as the strips and refrigeration unit were not working together. He then helped look in the attic at the ductwork and answered all of my detailed questions effortlessly and enthusiastically. He most definitely went above and beyond, and then after all that, he only charged us for the maintenance of rewiring the board. Extremely, extremely good experience! I proceeded to purchase their yearly maintenance plan because of the way Stephen explained it, answered my probing questions about it, and the outstanding service all around, from the time I called the dispatcher that day, until Stephen was finished fixing our unit. From this experience, I can see why their mascot is a superhero. They definitely saved our day! Thanks Snyder!

I lost power and thought JEA would handle it, but it turned out to be an issue on my end. Snyder Electric sent out Ricky N., and he was incredible. He was kind, professional, and made sure I received a military discount. What really stood out was how hard he pushed to get everything fixed today instead of leaving me without power overnight. It was one of the coldest days we’ve had he even said it felt colder inside my house than outside and he made sure I wasn’t stuck like that. Ricky got everything back up and running quickly and explained every step. I’m genuinely grateful for the service. Highly recommend Snyder Electric and especially Ricky N.

I had a great experience with Snyder Plumbing, and especially with technician Kyle McBride. Kyle did an excellent job diagnosing an ongoing well pump issue that had been incorrectly installed by a previous employee. He acted quickly, clearly explained what the problem was, and made sure I was comfortable with all the work being done before moving forward. He showed up exactly when he said he would, didn’t leave until everything was fully resolved, and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was still working properly. That level of care and professionalism really stood out. Kyle is absolutely my go-to for any well pump issues, and I highly recommend Snyder Plumbing to anyone needing reliable, knowledgeable service.
