Charlie from Snyder did a phenomenal job installing our dryer vent ductwork today! His craftsman ship seemed to be very good and he went above and beyond to make sure the end result was tidy. The job even ended up being bigger than what was quoted, but Charlie made sure the job was done well and at no extra cost! Would absolutely have Synder out again based on this kind of service!

I lost power and thought JEA would handle it, but it turned out to be an issue on my end. Snyder Electric sent out Ricky N., and he was incredible. He was kind, professional, and made sure I received a military discount. What really stood out was how hard he pushed to get everything fixed today instead of leaving me without power overnight. It was one of the coldest days we’ve had he even said it felt colder inside my house than outside and he made sure I wasn’t stuck like that. Ricky got everything back up and running quickly and explained every step. I’m genuinely grateful for the service. Highly recommend Snyder Electric and especially Ricky N.

This was my first time getting AC maintenance and I am pleased with the service. The tech was friendly and explained everything really well. He did a good job at making recommendations for upgrades without sounding like a pushy salesperson.

I bought a yearly maintenance service in 2024 and in February 2025 the technician came to my condo to do the last service. At that time, I told him I did not want to renew the contract. On 7/2/25 I got charged another year of maintenance despite my refusal. I have called three times to get my money back and I have been told several things: 1) "They would call me back" (for what, I do not know, because I only need my money back), 2) My oney would be refunded in 48 hours (not true) and 3) My money would be refunded in 10-14 days. It is incredible that business today make it so hard to create loyalty with their customers, they take your money right away but when it is time to return it, they make it so difficult. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
