Aidan,was our service provider was on time, very thorough and professional. Explained what our problem was with our A/C. As a results of his testing. He found the problem. The parts have arrived and Aidan has made the repairs. He also found that there was no regulator on the unit, which there should have been. Made the repairs. So far, so good. Good job Aidan!!!

Jermain has been out to our house a few times and he is awesome! He is professional, conscientious and really took the time to address my concerns and explain everything. Jermain answered all my questions (I had a lot!) with patience and humor. He is a very skilled electrician in addition to being kind and friendly. My review of Snyder as a whole is not as good. They do not seem very organized and we had several issues with communication and not receiving return calls. If it had not been for the excellent service we received from Jermain, our review would have been 2 stars.

Exceptionally helpful. I was looking for a reputable hvac company after a poor experience with another. There were zero attempts to upsell. Our tech, Tom offered straight forward solutions that could have been easily complicated for the sake of squeezing more $$ from us. He explained what he was doing in an easy to understand manner and finished up by sealing all unwanted air intrusion points in our air handler which I usually have to do myself. Snyder was the 2nd HVAC company I contacted for my issue. The visit was an after hours service call and Tom was at my home within the hour. I’m a die hard DIY person and he thoroughly walked me through all my questions with zero hesitation or frustration. In the end, the repair quote was half of what the other company quoted and I truly felt I was not getting screwed. Snyder is now my new go-to and I highly recommend using them.

He also educated of the whole house surge protector and the benefits of having one. On August 5, 2025, Dustin came out to install our whole house surge protector. Very nice and he also educated us on our electrical panel. Very informative and interesting to listen about our surge protector. A guy named Carton came out to help me when my sink backed up, he was polite, kind, and easy to talk to. He explained everything to me in a way i could understand with out making me feel like an idiot. We spent some time joking around but he never stoped working.
