Steve arrived on time and was patient me being a few minutes late myself. I gave him the light I needed mounted just outside my front door. The whole process only took about 30-45 minutes and the new light looks great! My only complaint would be the sticker shock I got afterwards - $230 just to change out a light fixture. I do recommend him, but just know the charge can be a bit much.

The technician was great but no fix was performed and we got charged for a diagnostic fee without any estimates. Another technician showed up Monday and diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate for no charge. I understand the dispatch fee for a Sunday but not happy about the extra diagnostic fee instead of an estimate.

Woke up to a burned rubber smell. Called Synder after FD could not locate source. Called Synder right after & Rashad Forcine came out within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and down to earth. He was very easy to understand and was determined to find the problem & found solutions fast! He really knows his stuff! My AC stopped working and Jonathon from Snyder was able to come out same day, look at the system and provide me a detailed report as to the issues. We went with a solution that I could afford for the time being because I’ll be honest, it is pricey compared to what the representative on the phone when scheduling my appointment told me. I wasn’t expecting it. However my ac is running now and I appreciate how Snyder takes photos of the work in order to document the system over time. Thank you for the work Jonathon.

Redi Zisi came out to service my air conditioner today. I have to say out of all the technicians I have had from Snyder company Redi Zisi was probably the most thorough and professional person I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He did an excellent job servicing, thoroughly cleaning the outside compressor. Vacuuming all the leaves and acorns then rinsing inside and outside of the unit. He then came inside to inspect and again thoroughly cleaned the air handler, explained how what monthly maintenance I can perform myself. After going over everything it turns out I only needed a new UV LIGHT and cleaned and flushed primary drain pan. After all that he did everything he could to get the best price. It was a true blessing to have him assigned to work on my ac unit. Thank you Redi you were HONEST AND AWESOME

He came within the time window given + service fee was very reasonable for a weekend call, will definitely recommend professionals at Snyder!

They were able to schedule quickly. Did a great inspection for $100. Problem is they were 50% higher compared to 4 other companies for quotes. When I asked around, I guess this is a common occurrence. We needed a new Trane system 18 seer, got it installed for $14.5k, Synder wanted $23k. Shop around.

They tried to charge me $317 for a diagnostic 😆 save your money folks. They don’t tell you the price of things until they dispatch to charge you the $100 fee. You best believe I sent the tech right home after hearing that number. They can keep my $100 along with this deserving 1 star review.

Hunter was great! Very professional and knowledgeable. His work even impressed our facilities manager, who is notoriously hard to impress. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the price. There was definitely some sticker shock, but the work was impressive. We didn't have to send our janitorial staff in after the work was completed because he left the space immaculate. We have very clean restrooms so him leaving it better than how he found it was outstanding!
