I had my AC serviced today by David Popp and it is hard to express how impressed and pleased of the service he provided. Not only was he professional in the work he preformed but he was pleasant in his mannerism. Almost immediately he gained my trust as he was able to educate me on the questions I had about the freon filter. After completing the maintenance David took his time to go over all the parameters of the inspection and clearly educated me on my options. I ultimately had a soft starter installed to address the 121 amp surge to the compressor that brought it down to 35 amps, in addition to replacing the UV lamp. Best service I have ever experience with my AC. Thank you Snyder Man for sending Super Man! David loves his work because he told me so. What a testament to himself, his trade and Snyder Air. Hope I see David in 6 months. Well done David.

I found this company in my local “best picks” magazine. I was really disappointed with my Experience. I scheduled an electrician to install a ceiling fan ($210) and then I wanted to quote other major projects around the house. The electrician was really unprofessional and took an extremely long time to talk through options. While he was here, he told me he had to remove this panel to check the wiring behind. When he did that, he lost a screw and didn’t put it back on correctly so the right switch is pushed in to the wall. They send text messages to communicate with you and I contacted them twice about this situation and was sadly ignored. Needless to say, I did not use them and don’t plan on it. Look elsewhere!

Called for service on Friday morning and was given a time of slot 10am-2pm. They pushed the appointment all day because they are behind schedule. At the end of the day majority of the technicians are sick. They promised to come out 1st thing Saturday morning. Saturday morning is here and now they want to push the appointment again. If you can't perform the job just say that instead of having a customer clingy to hope that you guys are going to show up.

I am a widow and single Mom, I recently found out that there was not so safe electrical wiring in my home. I called several pros to get estimates and options. When I spoke with Synder Co the man sounded like he could not be bothered, I sent 3 other companies my inspection report and my concerns. The very day of the appointment with Synder he told me there is nothing they could do, so I wasted a day off work. I had not sent them the report nor had he even gone to look to give me an estimate and he did not even call me back as he had to talk with a manager. Now several weeks later I have 3 companies with great options and reasonable prices. Why did I waste my time and off work with this Synder who I got off Angis list. I do not recommend Synder Co for any jobs to be done at your home

He took a look at our problem. made an assessment and set up for a replacement of a toilet Additionally, he did the walk around of the houses plumbing and let us know of any other potential issues. This is the first time I used their service (electrical). I was very pleased and impressed. The day for the electrician to arrive, I received a text message, that included a picture of the electrician, to advise me that he was in his way. About 20 minutes later, I received a telephone call from the electrician advising the approximate time if his arrival to my home. When he arrived, he covered his shoes so he would not soil my carpet. The electrician had a very good attitude, identified my problem and clearly explained to me what needed to be done. Clearly explained all the other services the company provides. I will use their services again. Today is October 21, 2024- The service provided by the technician was excellent. Very pleased with his services. He reconnected my chandelier in my dining room and placed the crystals om the chandelier. I truly did not expect that he would replace the crystals. My chandelier looks beautiful. He was very patient in doing what he had to do. I'm deeply appreciate his excellent service. I believe he is a valued employee and cares about the type service he provides the customer.
