Update 11/6/2025: Kadarryl and Anthony came to take care of a sweaty register and an inspection. They were on time and courteous. They made an adjustment to my air handler and performed some maintenance on the unit. I am happy with their service and I will continue to use and recommend Snyder. Update 3/27/2025: Marcus and his team came to install insulation in the attic. They were on time, professional, and personable. I appreciate how Marcus's team was willing to the little things to make the experience more meaningful for their customer. If you need insulation, don't hesitate to call Snyder and ask for Marcus. Update on 3/24/2025: Amy and the installation crew showed up on the job at 8 AM sharp. AJ and his installation team a magnificent job doing the install. They were very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. If you need to do an install, ask for AJ and his team to do your install. You will be pleased. Amy was professional, personable, and very easy to work with. She knows her business and was able to answer all of my questions and get me setup with a great system. If you call Snyder, ask for Amy to come out. You will not be disappointed.

Steve did an excellent job replacing an out of date smoke detector and installing 3 additional detectors. He explained how how they operated and the longevity of the batteries. Steve also replaced old fluorescent lights with new LED tubes. The lighting in these areas have improved 200% and none of that annoying humming fluorescent lights are famous for. Good job, Steve!! We will definitely reach out to Snyder for any future repairs or additions.

Bryce Rodriguez repaired our frozen A/C quickly. He then thoroughly tested the cool air and the heat to make sure all was working. He showed me before and after pictures of all the work he completed. He then took a few minutes to show me some basic maintenance steps I could take to help prevent the problem from repeating. He was very helpful the entire time, and we appreciate him!

I called Snyder late in the afternoon and the technician Joe was at my door in less than two hours. He was very professional and respectful. He found a couple of issues that I wasn't aware of. He double checked his work and cleaned up after himself. It was an overall great experience. It's nice to see people who actually care about their job. I would definitely recommend using Snyder for your AC issues. Update: I had the whole outside unit replaced. Charlie & Glenn did a fantastic job. Very polite and professional. I was blown away on how quickly they worked together getting the old unit replaced. The Electrician Christopher Burger, did a thorough inspection and had to replace some wires to bring it to code. They all cleaned up after themselves and you couldn't even tell they were there.

I recently had family in town that stayed for a week. Unfortunately their last day here my plumbing went out in one of my full baths and we had to share the remaining one. Fortunately, however, I had the pleasure of working with Charles and my plumbing issues were resolved with an hour! So far so good. Had Zach out for estimate on new hot water heater installation and moving from laundry room to garage. Also for moving air handler to garage. Will update when job is complete. UPDATE Thursday June 15 2023: OUTSTANDING! So glad we went with Snyder Plumbing. Zach and Miguel showed up on time, they were very professional/courtious, and the attention to detail on the hot water install was amazing. We will use Snyder Plumbing for any all future needs. I highly recommend! Great job by Zach and Miguel. Update 9/25/23. Had a plumbing emergency and had secure water to the house. Called Synder and spoke to Christin(?) Who was very professional and understanding especially early Sunday morning. She schedule Randy for 0800 Monday morning, yes he was early. Explained what had happened and immediately began repairs. Review 2: Dryer vent cleaning service by Jennifer. Dryer vent was clogged in a big way from previous home owner. The outside vent cap was completely full of lint and was non removable due to how it was installed. Jennifer worked with me to devise a solution that worked out great. She was on time, respectful, courteous, tidy, hard working. A great experience! Review 1: i had a toilet clog emergency. Called Snyder main number and talked to answering service. I got a plumber to come out the same morning and he was communicative, on time, clean and efficient. I couldn't be happier!

We had a constant dripping coming from behind the shower wall and the only access panel was a 9" square cutout in the adjacent bedroom closet back wall, which was virtually worthless in this situation. The water was affecting the items in the closet as well, so we had to act fast. Fast. Living here for about 14 years, I knew Snyder as a highly reputable company to call on, and so we did just that. They dispatched Trey Cassidy, who did an absolutely phenomenal job for us! He assessed and explained the extent of the issue, gave us two different ways of going about repairing it, and was meticulous in doing the repair. He is exceptional at what he does, and we already have plans to bring him back right after the new year to help us with replacing the faucet and spout on the master bathroom's deep tub. We couldn't be happier having made the decision to reach out to Snyder and Trey. We will be keeping their number on speed dial for sure.

I had my A/C ductwork replaced by Julio Palmou and his crew — actually three full trucks’ worth of workers. They arrived right on schedule and got to work immediately. The entire house’s duct system was removed and replaced in just one day. Everyone worked efficiently and professionally, and the crew cleaned up thoroughly when finished. I now have new ductwork of the proper size and even, comfortable airflow throughout the house — no more hot or cold spots! I recently had an issue with my home air conditioning system and contacted Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric late in the afternoon. To my surprise and appreciation, they scheduled a service call for the very next morning. Their technician, Savannah, was absolutely outstanding. Savannah arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and immediately got to work diagnosing the problem. She carefully checked the air handler, compressor, and thermostat as part of her troubleshooting process. It turned out that a power surge the previous day had reset the thermostat. Once Savannah reprogrammed it, our system was back up and running perfectly—just like new. It’s rare to see such quick response, expert knowledge, and friendly service all in one visit.
