Our heater went out in the middle of the night during the recent freeze (2026). Next morning I called around to a few places to see who could come out to fix it. Everyone said tomorrow. Except Snyder. They were slammed due to the freeze, but they had someone out at 6pm that same day, with the Diagnostic Fee waved. The Technician, Stephen Hammett, was just as incredible. He spent an hour and a half rewiring the board of our Heat Pump, as the strips and refrigeration unit were not working together. He then helped look in the attic at the ductwork and answered all of my detailed questions effortlessly and enthusiastically. He most definitely went above and beyond, and then after all that, he only charged us for the maintenance of rewiring the board. Extremely, extremely good experience! I proceeded to purchase their yearly maintenance plan because of the way Stephen explained it, answered my probing questions about it, and the outstanding service all around, from the time I called the dispatcher that day, until Stephen was finished fixing our unit. From this experience, I can see why their mascot is a superhero. They definitely saved our day! Thanks Snyder!

I have been in water and fire Restoration for 30 years myself. We are having our new a/c system installed Tuesday 8/23. His calm profession demeanor was exemplary! He is so friendly and motivated. I won’t have another plumber but him to do my work. HE IS A NATURAL!! Never seen someone so young with the knowledge he has about the job!! Hang on to this kid… he’s a HUGE ASSET TO SNYDER PLUMBING!!! Devon came today for our bi yearly inspection for the awesome $250 a year program! It includes 2 inspection for electrical and plumbing!!! YOU HAVE GOT TO CALL SNYDER ABOUT IT. Devon is a FIVE STAR FOR EXCELLENT SERVICE TODAY. Brad you are really onto something here because your training methods are making Snyder the BEST IN JACKSONVILLE!! Keep it up!! Today is 5/11/2024 and I had a Chris Burger as an electrician at my house. 21 years old and he was absolutely AMAZING! He rewired our fuse box and it was done absolutely perfect!! He is now my Snyder goto ELECTRICIAN!! Kerry Bragan A wonderful new electric fuse box and AC FIXED PERFECTLY!! K B Mr, Nyguen, Was very professional and his work is impeccable!! 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ STARS!! 3/5/2024 Dillon Carter did an outstanding job. He found the problem and not only sol it but added new drainage piping to ensure that the air conditioner condensation line doesn’t get backed up again! I absolutely adore this technician. He goes the extra mile for the customer! Brad, you are doing an excellent job training your team!! Kerry Bragan 9/17/2024 Ken did a very thorough analysis of our plumbing system. He also flushed our water heater. Ken was absolutely an adorable and polite guy! Very professional and knowledgeable!! I purchased the maintenance plan with Snyder in December and part of it is the emergency fee being waived with the promise of emergency service. I had an issue in June and called them only to be told that emergencies are only when the AC is out. Living in Florida I could totally see that and understand it - no problem. Yesterday I came home to my AC being out, I called Snyder and was told that they had no APPOINTMENTS and I had to wait until the next day for service. Remind you, it was 90 degrees outside and in my house! The part that I do not understand is that my AC was completely out but now I am not an emergency. Remind you my call was placed around 5 p.m!! I will not use Synder again!! Total ripoff

Tony gave me a call 2 hours early to see if he could come now, since he just finished a job about 5 miles away. I was very grateful. I had a schedule conflict and he just unknowingly solved it!!! Showed up very professional, had a great personality!! Checked everything out, Showed me the capacitor was reading slightly low. Had plenty of experience with capacitors going out at the most inopportuned time. He changed it out in about 5 minutes. Tony was very respectful of my wife working from home and my animals. It was the best decision I've made letting Snyder install my AC and keep up with the preventive maintenance.

Truly the worst service I’ve ever received or paid for. From the moment Buckhalter joined Snyder I have had 3 canceled scheduled appointments. Today makes number 4. The scheduled appointment is 10-2 pm. After calling at 3pm I was moved back due to delay in prior jobs. At 5pm I called again. Now the estimated time is 11pm. After a very poor conversation the appointment is moved another two days. We pay for maintenance and have had multiple leaks. Poor service top to bottom. Utter regret they hold our AC warranty now after Buckhalter was bought out. Total waste.

Our A/C went out last night and Joe Cook came out right away and fixed our capacitor and got our house cooling down very fast. Joe knows his stuff and very professional. He also noticed other issues and suggested us to go with their maintenance plan. So we did and so thankful. My air conditioner quit working the other day and while I was with my wife at the hospital a relative made an appointment with a company from the beach to help us and when I got home he showed up and after about 15 minutes told me coils were bad and for $390,00 he would find the but I should buy another unit. After saying no I called the number on the unit for Snyder's which is who I bought it from 8.5 years ago. With the maintenance plan she sent a man out that day. After a long detailed inspection he showed me where there was a leak in the coolant line. Thomas and another worker came out today and after about 4 hours they rerouted the line and had the unit working like new. As a retired Marine Corps Officer I can both identify and respect professionalism and competence. They kept me informed as the work progressed. Thank you Thomas and the office lady that set this up. With my wife on an oxygen machine and warm weather coming I feel good knowing Snyder's will be there if needed and I will only use them in the future for any maintenance needs that they do. Not only was the lady, Mary, in the office so super sweet, David was here and diagnosed the problem in just a few short minutes, fixed it, checked the unit and said all else was great!!! This is an efficient company with excellent employees and their prices are very fair. I’ll be using them for all of our AC needs. We also purchased the maintenance plan which is an excellent value. I’m just super satisfied with this company’s professionalism. Oh and I called at 3:30 and they were out here within the hour!!!!!

He did an excellent job in explaining everything he was going to be doing and not only advised on what I needed but explained why the items needed to be replaced. I feel he did a very thorough and complete examination and covered all the points of inspection. After he was done, he went over the checklist with me and went above and beyond to answer questions which I really do appreciate. He was very pleasant and I will definitely recommend Tim Day for my future inspections.
