Our heater went out in the middle of the night during the recent freeze (2026). Next morning I called around to a few places to see who could come out to fix it. Everyone said tomorrow. Except Snyder. They were slammed due to the freeze, but they had someone out at 6pm that same day, with the Diagnostic Fee waved. The Technician, Stephen Hammett, was just as incredible. He spent an hour and a half rewiring the board of our Heat Pump, as the strips and refrigeration unit were not working together. He then helped look in the attic at the ductwork and answered all of my detailed questions effortlessly and enthusiastically. He most definitely went above and beyond, and then after all that, he only charged us for the maintenance of rewiring the board. Extremely, extremely good experience! I proceeded to purchase their yearly maintenance plan because of the way Stephen explained it, answered my probing questions about it, and the outstanding service all around, from the time I called the dispatcher that day, until Stephen was finished fixing our unit. From this experience, I can see why their mascot is a superhero. They definitely saved our day! Thanks Snyder!

Case and Bryson replaced our ac/heating unit after 20 years of use. They did a fantastic job!! On time, polite, curious and know exactly what they are doing. I finally feel safe after a fire scare with the old unit yesterday. William came out yesterday to check the unit while the fire fighters were here. Woke up to a burned rubber smell. Called Synder after FD could not locate source. Called Synder right after & Rashad Forcine came out within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and down to earth. He was very easy to understand and was determined to find the problem & found solutions fast! He really knows his stuff! My bathrooms over flowed on new year eve, water everywhere including into my bedroom. I have a back problem so it took me almost 8 hours to clean up and then cleaned everything with bleach. Sewage was disgusting to clean up and boy did it stink. Snyder came out within an hour after I called. The technician was very nice and understanding. He was here about 3 hours clearing my drains. I didn't have the money to pay him when he was finished, so Snyder allowed me a couple of days to ask my kids to send me the money I needed to pay up. I thought that was very understanding, plus they are coming back next week to run a camera for free, to find out where the problem is so I can find the money to dig up my front yard and fix that problem next. It was a rough new years eve day,and happy the problem was resolved. Thanks Snyder

If I could make this 10 stars I would! AC went out on a Saturday night and Snyder responded by 11AM Sunday. Our tech, Dylan, was very thorough and had our issue diagnosed within just a few minutes. Even though our system was installed by another company just 3 1/2 short years ago, Snyder took care of all the warranty details and was able to get a new compressor installed in 5 days, which is much quicker than the 4-6 weeks the manufacturer said it would take!! Dylan was so knowledgeable and explained every detail along the way. Snyder now has a new lifelong customer and will be requesting Dylan for every preventative maintenance appointment!!

He arrived after a 14 hour day on a sunday and proceeded to repair a most complex fracture with skills that you would expect from a leading surgeon. He completed his task without fuss or complaint. I've used Snyder before and have always been pleased but today, they knocked one out of the ballpark - fantastic. It's Friday - 3PM - AC starts blowing hot air. Being deaf, I attempted email scheduling and best I could do was next Tues - not surprised at all by first hot days of Summer have arrived and peak time for AC maintenance. BUT, an hour later, Snyder called - looked like they had something going on and couldn't line anyone up for Tues appointment but if we're home later this afternoon, they could send someone over. My air conditioner quit working the other day and while I was with my wife at the hospital a relative made an appointment with a company from the beach to help us and when I got home he showed up and after about 15 minutes told me coils were bad and for $390,00 he would find the but I should buy another unit. After saying no I called the number on the unit for Snyder's which is who I bought it from 8.5 years ago. With the maintenance plan she sent a man out that day. After a long detailed inspection he showed me where there was a leak in the coolant line. Thomas and another worker came out today and after about 4 hours they rerouted the line and had the unit working like new. As a retired Marine Corps Officer I can both identify and respect professionalism and competence. They kept me informed as the work progressed. Thank you Thomas and the office lady that set this up. With my wife on an oxygen machine and warm weather coming I feel good knowing Snyder's will be there if needed and I will only use them in the future for any maintenance needs that they do. He was extremely kind and very thorough in explaining what the issue was and what it was going to take to fix it.
