So far so good. Had Zach out for estimate on new hot water heater installation and moving from laundry room to garage. Also for moving air handler to garage. Will update when job is complete. UPDATE Thursday June 15 2023: OUTSTANDING! So glad we went with Snyder Plumbing. Zach and Miguel showed up on time, they were very professional/courtious, and the attention to detail on the hot water install was amazing. We will use Snyder Plumbing for any all future needs. I highly recommend! Great job by Zach and Miguel. Update 9/25/23. Had a plumbing emergency and had secure water to the house. Called Synder and spoke to Christin(?) Who was very professional and understanding especially early Sunday morning. She schedule Randy for 0800 Monday morning, yes he was early. Explained what had happened and immediately began repairs. We had a constant dripping coming from behind the shower wall and the only access panel was a 9" square cutout in the adjacent bedroom closet back wall, which was virtually worthless in this situation. The water was affecting the items in the closet as well, so we had to act fast. Fast. Living here for about 14 years, I knew Snyder as a highly reputable company to call on, and so we did just that. They dispatched Trey Cassidy, who did an absolutely phenomenal job for us! He assessed and explained the extent of the issue, gave us two different ways of going about repairing it, and was meticulous in doing the repair. He is exceptional at what he does, and we already have plans to bring him back right after the new year to help us with replacing the faucet and spout on the master bathroom's deep tub. We couldn't be happier having made the decision to reach out to Snyder and Trey. We will be keeping their number on speed dial for sure.

We needed a new unit because ours was 14 years old and were skeptical about the amount of money we would be putting out for it, but it was honestly the best decision we have ever made for our new house. Julio and Alexis were finished installing new copper tubing, the new unit, concrete block, air handler, and thermostat in about 4 hours! Amazing work, very knowledgeable and friendly, and consistently paused to allow us time for questions and to show us what they were doing and how to manage our new system. Snyder has wonderful employees. We have never had a bad experience and that is a huge reason as to why we decided to go with them to finance our new system. They gave us a wonderful discount and the new system comes with so many great add ons from Snyder that it was hard to resist.
