He was dressed clean and he is extremely smart knew what he was doing and explained everything to me so I think that Snyder is a great company because they have great people. Once again Mark came onetime and prepared and is taking care of the problem. He is knowledgeable, professional and takes the time to explain what it the issue and how he is going to fix it. Wayne with Snyder has been great. I’ve called 2x and they’ve been here same day / next day. He explained the problems and what could be done about them. They are more expensive but with the service & customer support I’ll pay it all day.
