That had not been done I really appreciate his honesty. and he forgot one little screw on my AC. Unit, but was honest enough to call me and let me know. And he came back and put it back on. Now. I had my AC serviced today by David Popp and it is hard to express how impressed and pleased of the service he provided. Not only was he professional in the work he preformed but he was pleasant in his mannerism. Almost immediately he gained my trust as he was able to educate me on the questions I had about the freon filter. After completing the maintenance David took his time to go over all the parameters of the inspection and clearly educated me on my options. I ultimately had a soft starter installed to address the 121 amp surge to the compressor that brought it down to 35 amps, in addition to replacing the UV lamp. Best service I have ever experience with my AC. Thank you Snyder Man for sending Super Man! David loves his work because he told me so. What a testament to himself, his trade and Snyder Air. Hope I see David in 6 months. Well done David.

Called Snyder services spoke to David for a plumbing issue. He provided me with an appointment for TODAY: unheard of in today’s fast paced society. He dispatched Mr. Carlton Smith who performed an amazing removal and replacement of deficient toilet components. Extremely professional and courteous. He explained in detail what he was doing should I had any questions. Absolutely genuine courteous and extremely knowledgeable plumber. Mr. Carlton was ahead of schedule and completed the job quickly. This is my third interaction with Snyder heating and air. David was prompt and called prior to his arrival time. He was very professional, Knowledgeable and friendly. He explained our options and was quick to provide us service. He made sure to check the entire system, not just the repair that he had to make. My only concern was having to pay/rent a temp motor until an original factory motor was ordered and sent. I feel this should fall parts warranty. I’m not sure if the temporary motor is reused or sent back to the manufacturer. True I could have chosen to just wait for the original part, but in 90 plus heat with a work from home job, animals and children this really was no choice at all. I wish the company would issue some type of credit upon the return of the temporary motor with the installation of the manufacturer’s approved part. Again let me say David was fantastic and overall I am satisfied. I am a second generation Snyder customer and it just seems like a little bit of price gouging for the use of the temporary motor. Unfortunately our HVAC unit, which was was installed by another company not Snyder, leaked water that flooded into the garage and home. Not only did David fix the issue he gave a detailed description of what caused the issue and how it was repaired. Futhermore he provided helpful restoration and prevention recommendations. Lastly he was kind enough to relay all pertinent information to the insurance adjusters present so as not to let anything be lost in translation by me the customer making this ordeal a bit easier to process. David's professionalism and politeness was just the cherry on the cake. We would prefer David to be our point person on all things HVAC and will definitely be recommending him and Snyder to friends and family.

Not only was the lady, Mary, in the office so super sweet, David was here and diagnosed the problem in just a few short minutes, fixed it, checked the unit and said all else was great!!! This is an efficient company with excellent employees and their prices are very fair. I’ll be using them for all of our AC needs. We also purchased the maintenance plan which is an excellent value. I’m just super satisfied with this company’s professionalism. Oh and I called at 3:30 and they were out here within the hour!!!!!
