If it weren’t for Charles, this review would be scathing. Our appointment window was 1-5pm. We got a call at 4:15 saying they were wrapping up a job and would be on their way shortly. 5:45 I call the office and they tell me “he’s wrapping up the job and will be on his way shortly” …… Um. Ok. That’s what we were told an hour and a half ago. 7:15pm still no word, so I call again. They contact dispatch to find our guy is still stuck at his previous site. “We’ll send someone out as soon as we can”. Glad I took a half day at work for this, smh. 8:30pm we get a call from Charles saying he’ll arrive in 20 minutes. Charles is not the original tech that was supposed to assist, but he was profusely apologetic. He was able to diagnose and remedy the issue with relative quickness. There was a secondary concern from a previous visit that he was able to address as well. He really left me feeling positive about the visit despite everything that had preceded his arrival.

I recently had family in town that stayed for a week. Unfortunately their last day here my plumbing went out in one of my full baths and we had to share the remaining one. Fortunately, however, I had the pleasure of working with Charles and my plumbing issues were resolved with an hour! Charles was so professional and explained everything that needed to be done and gave a step by step status update throughout the process! His pleasurable demeanor and expertise made my experience with Snyder a great one! Highly recommend!

We had been without air conditioning since Friday. I called Snyder on Monday after my dissatisfaction with the previous company we were dealing with. We were able to get an appointment that day, and Jon Reeves was the technician that came. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough in his assessment and explained things well. My husband and I were able to make an informed decision based on our discussion with Jon. We opted to have a new unit installed, and Charles and Ryan were the techs that did the installation. They were prompt and took care of business. My husband observed the entire process, and confirmed explanations were provided throughout. We are both satisfied with the work, and the caliber of service provided by Snyder.
