Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric in Jacksonville, Florida. The Snyder Plumbing department of the business is a Terrible, unprofessional company Branch. They sold me a brand new Water Softener installed it, then came back five months later and said there was a problem with the softener, and they were doing a company recall. I asked for a refund being they took away the Water Softener I paid for in full, and they said they would get back to me. It has been over six months now. I have made multiple calls regarding this issue every month since they took away the Water Softener, to resolve this, and they are still giving me the runaround, and not trying to work with me. I am still paying for the house loan that I got for the ten thousand dollar plus Water Softener and they have not refunded me or done anything to fix the issue. They are a terrible, terrible, poorly ran, unprofessional company and I would suggest everyone stay far away from them. I'm filing a lawsuit this coming Monday against them.

I've used Snyder before and have always been pleased but today, they knocked one out of the ballpark - fantastic. It's Friday - 3PM - AC starts blowing hot air. Being deaf, I attempted email scheduling and best I could do was next Tues - not surprised at all by first hot days of Summer have arrived and peak time for AC maintenance. BUT, an hour later, Snyder called - looked like they had something going on and couldn't line anyone up for Tues appointment but if we're home later this afternoon, they could send someone over. They came, they fixed, we're cool again and still amazed by their service and very happy with Snyder.

Knew right away what the issue was; got the part and got my A/C going fast. Shout to Angie (Admin); Manager Mrs. Debbie for treating me right. Thank you ladies for your professionalism. Keep up the great work. Always a pleasure to have Snyder as my HVAC company. Ryan/AJ/Ada were on time, Extremely professional, Thorough & Detailed oriented (meticulous techs). Thank you for fixing verifying everything else was working like a fine oil machine. I highly recommend Snyder Heating & AC. I have yet had a bad experience w any of the techs.
