Not Impressed At All, Got Caught Up In The Middle Of A Company Buyout (Stepchild) And Got Put On The Back Burner When It Come Time For Seasonal Service,

Called for service on Friday morning and was given a time of slot 10am-2pm. They pushed the appointment all day because they are behind schedule. At the end of the day majority of the technicians are sick. They promised to come out 1st thing Saturday morning. Saturday morning is here and now they want to push the appointment again. If you can't perform the job just say that instead of having a customer clingy to hope that you guys are going to show up.
