I got a text that Travis was going to show up prior to the window I was provided. That was a good thing because we needed to get our commercial building back up and running. Travis was friendly, professional, and efficient.

We had a bunch of work done by Snyders over the past few weeks. Panel upgrade with generator hookup, new service to my outbuilding, new water heater, and new well pump & water softner. Every crew member that has come out from plumbing to electrical has been prompt, courteous and downright amazing. I am sure i missed some names, but a huge Thanks especially to Eric W. (Plumbing), Isaiah (electrical), Travis (Electrical), and Steve-O (plumbing).

Travis was super professional. He was very thorough and spent a lot of time explaining the project and the process. He then came out and completed it efficiently with minimum downtime. After he took the time to explain what he did and address any concerns I had. Definitely recommend Travis.

This was our first time using Snyder. We had a few concerns about our home's electrical system. Travis was dispatched out to our home and he did an outstanding job from beginning to end. He showed up when he said he was going to. He was prepared when he got here and answered all of our concerns after checking and verifying the safety of our home's electrical system. Keith Stock came out and did a thorough check of my A/C unit both inside and outside of the house. He was able to find the issue and show me what was causing the problem. He did a great job explaining my options and what he felt was the best path forward. He was both professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him as the go to guy in the future. Glenn McMillan was the installer who came out to perform the work the following day. He knew exactly what it would take to get the install complete and even finished within 30 minutes of the time he quoted me. He kept me informed while he was at the house and walked me through the use of the equipment at the end. I think he did a great job and would gladly have him come out and perform any additional maintenance / servicing to the system going forward Travis Hicks came out once the installation was done to replace my circuit breaker. The new unit called for a larger capacity breaker. He knocked the work out quickly and walked me through what was done. He answered a few question I had related to the surge protection before he left. I was very pleased with his work and would not hesitate to call Snyder again for any repair / service requests that come up.
