First of all, my wife and I want to thank the Snyder Electric company. We had a whole house generator and new electric panel installed, and it was the best experience we have had from any company! From Mark the manager; to all the scheduling staff a job well done. The communication was awesome and everyone was cordial, and treated us with respect. A special thank you to our technicians Isaiah and Gavin. These young men were professional, knowledgeable, conscientious, and most important polite and friendly! They communicated with us throughout the entire job explaining what was going on as they worked. Their work ethic is beyond what we have experienced with other companies. The confidence they displayed was a major part of our comfort because it was a big job. When the job was completed the installation looked great and everything operated as it should have. Thank you Isaiah and Gavin for doing a great job, and representing Snyder Electric in a way that has gained them a customer for life! We also want to mention that Snyder replaced the drywall that was cut and removed, and their pricing is highly competitive because we had other estimates from companies. But as far as my wife and I are concerned: With technicians like Isaiah and Gavin, a manager like Mark, the excellent customer service, and all the great support staff it is worth the extra cost if that were the case. My boss recommended Snyder to me. I spoke to John Zellner and he sent out Isaiah who was very personable and professional. We built rapport pretty quickly and he helped me out the best he could with the services I needed. It was a pretty big job as pretty much all the plumbing in my house was old corroded cast iron and needed to be replaced. They came out and conquered the job for me very fast (in just 2 days) and cleaned up after themselves. They did an amazing job and communicated with me the entire way! I highly recommend this company.

I called and requested estimates for electrical and plumbing work. The person who answered was friendly and helpful and was able to get me in the schedule the same day for both. They send pictures of the people coming to your house for your appointment. I loved this added touch and it provided a level of reassurance when having to invite people into your house that are strangers. Isaiah for some electrical work we need to have done. Amos for some plumbing work. Both were very professional and provided excellent information about the entire process. They explained why things are required and answered every question we had. They also mentioned we can bundle our work estimate for a better price and let us know that financing is available. We will be moving forward with the work we just need to decide on option that works best for us.

Snyder provided an amazing experience from start to finish. Most of us dread getting estimates with pressuring salespeople. Erik was a great guy, explained all my options and didn't try to pressure me to act quickly! Justin followed up with my husband and I to offer further assistance in our decision. Again no pressure, just helped with our follow up questions. Danny and Isaiah came to install and they were dependable, timely, clean and did an AMAZING job! We had insulation, duct work, pathway returns, and a new Trane HVAC system. Their work looks great and more importantly my house finally reaches the temperature I set on my thermostat!!! If I want it at 68, it's 68. If I want it at 72, it's 72! Very impressed with Snyder and plan on purchasing their 2x a year maintenance plan!
