Bryce Rodriguez repaired our frozen A/C quickly. He then thoroughly tested the cool air and the heat to make sure all was working. He showed me before and after pictures of all the work he completed. He then took a few minutes to show me some basic maintenance steps I could take to help prevent the problem from repeating. He was very helpful the entire time, and we appreciate him!

Bryce did a fantastic job getting one of the head units of our whole house mini split system back up and working properly. He was very polite and professional and went above and beyond to get the job done right. I give him 5 stars for a job well done. However, I have to give Snyder 4 stars on pricing. Our mini split system was expensive and only about a year old. To have a $500+ bill today seems a bit excessive.

Bryce was extremely knowledgeable and thorough!! He took his time to figure what the true issue was, unlike the other company we had for years. Two days later, Bryce and another technician came out to do the repair, and again took their time and did the job correctly!! Snyder did amazing from the phone call to sending Randy to my house to handle my ac issues and boy oh boy do I have issues but I feel comfortable Snyder Air and Bryce have me on the correct path for better air quality, they installed a uv light and a starter pack for capacitor highly recommend.. I wanted professional and I got professional, thanks Snyder team and Randy for rebuilding my shower / tub valves thanks to them finally no more dripping faucets and bye bye to the potential flood if not fixed in time .. thanks for making us feel like we picked the right place couldn't ask for better service and professional.
