Jason Gillard, Rain Nelms, and Austin Belcher did a great job troubleshooting and then replacing my a/c system. While it is not fun financially when you have to replace a system, they cleaned up afterwards. That we appreciate!

Snyder Air Conditioning and Plumbing sent out Austin for pricing and diagnostics for a garbage disposal under the sink leak. He did a great job and was friendly and transparent. The next day Davon came out to the actual garbage disposal replacement/repair. Davon was very thoughtful, efficient, knowledgeable and patient with our questions - we could tell he was a truly caring guy. Thank you so much Davon and Austin for your great customer service! Made our lives a lot simpler right before Christmas!

Austin was a tremendous help to me and my recently moved into home! After my pipe burst just inside my interior wall he was over within 30-45 minutes. He went above and beyond and assisted in finding my water shut off valve (buried under sod) and moved quick. Repairs were great and he certainly helped in calming this new home homeowner down and giving me peace of mind! Thanks Austin!

Emerald Belle

Austin was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. We had called for our a/c but when he arrived it had started up again so we ended up not needing him after all. But he still took the time to discuss what had likely happened and ways we could avoid it in future. We will be using Snyder again. Very pleased!
