Update 11/6/2025: Kadarryl and Anthony came to take care of a sweaty register and an inspection. They were on time and courteous. They made an adjustment to my air handler and performed some maintenance on the unit. I am happy with their service and I will continue to use and recommend Snyder. Update 3/27/2025: Marcus and his team came to install insulation in the attic. They were on time, professional, and personable. I appreciate how Marcus's team was willing to the little things to make the experience more meaningful for their customer. If you need insulation, don't hesitate to call Snyder and ask for Marcus. Update on 3/24/2025: Amy and the installation crew showed up on the job at 8 AM sharp. AJ and his installation team a magnificent job doing the install. They were very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. If you need to do an install, ask for AJ and his team to do your install. You will be pleased. Amy was professional, personable, and very easy to work with. She knows her business and was able to answer all of my questions and get me setup with a great system. If you call Snyder, ask for Amy to come out. You will not be disappointed.

Nobody is initially thrilled at the idea of paying $12,000 for an AC replacement. Amy was very kind and professional and helped us make an educated decision to replace our AC unit compared to dumping $2500 worth of R22 into a leaking 26 year old Carrier unit. We are getting set up with a new Trane system next day install. I’ll update this review after the install but I’m very pleased with the customer service so far as I should be on such an expensive purchase.

This is additional from work done by Snyder on August 6, 2024. First, I’m thankful Snyder gave an immediate response after contacting them about my water heater yesterday. They sent a plumbing expert, Chris, to evaluate it and its condition was worse than expected. Chris was extremely thorough and knowledgeable about the condition and risks of not replacing this water heater. It was also 22 years in service. I thought I would have to wait a few days but Chris said it could be done today. Yep! I signed the bottom line with no regrets. Chris left for a bit and came back to the house with the new water heater and it took around two hours to get the job completed, with no setbacks. Chris cares about the customer and in watching him, he’s very thorough on each step in the project. Our conversations were great and I was very happy with the job when it was completed. Snyder is blessed to have this excellent plumber on their team. I’ll join the many who give five star reviews to Snyder ACPE. Having an entire system replacement, new duct work (along with new installation to come, all four of my engagements with Snyder representatives and technicians have been outstanding thus far. The team that worked on my house included the team leader Curtis, followed by Joe, Dominic and Kyle. They got the entire job to which they were assigned (removing and replacing the air intake and main HVAC system, along with tearing out and installing the duct work in the attic) completed same-day. We only had one glitch during the day that set things back a little but it was no fault of the team. Still have the installation to be installed but thus far it’s been a very good experience to work with Snyder. Along with Curtis and his crew, I do want to mention Forrest and Amy who both did initial inspections and helped plan the operation to fix the system. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. It was great to engage with service reps explain things clearly to you and listen closely to your questions - and the tech installers didn’t seem to mind being bugged in the middle of their work - just don’t do that too often! It was a good day and so far all systems running soundly and smoothly! I’m adding to a job two days later from Devin and Justin. Their work on the insulation and concern and respect for me as a customer was outstanding. I appreciate that they made me aware of their concerns in my attic- things that may need attention down the road. Appreciate all their support and effort.

Tim came out and went through our equipment and found that we need work done on our equipment. Amy came by Monday and went over all our options and found the best fit for us. Both Tim and Amy were amazing, helpful and above all honest and straightforward with us. Curtis and Joe were our AC installers were here by the next day and they did an amazing job. Both gentleman were friendly and professional. They took the time to answer any questioned we had and went over all the new equipment when they finished. Highly recommend Snyder for your AC needs. They are highly efficient company and are great to work with.

Val was an amazing tech. He showed up on time, understood my request to relocate two outlets from inside the cabinets to the top. He was very professional and completed the job promptly. He cleaned all work areas and provided the proper parts for a well done job. I would absolutely work with them again. I am adding more to the review since I had a lot more work done. Stephen was great at servicing the a/c. Amy was amazing at explaining our issues and coming with a great solution for us. The crew came by early to install a new complete unit. They were very professional and flexible since I had other repairs in the house at the same time. They cleaned up all work areas and were clear at teaching how to care for our new upgrade. The next day, Marcus came over and completed a full duct cleaning and sealing. The two men were thorough and prompt. I am very satisfied so far with all the work I have had done with Snyder.
