Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric in Jacksonville, Florida. The Snyder Plumbing department of the business is a Terrible, unprofessional company Branch. They sold me a brand new Water Softener installed it, then came back five months later and said there was a problem with the softener, and they were doing a company recall. I asked for a refund being they took away the Water Softener I paid for in full, and they said they would get back to me. It has been over six months now. I have made multiple calls regarding this issue every month since they took away the Water Softener, to resolve this, and they are still giving me the runaround, and not trying to work with me. I am still paying for the house loan that I got for the ten thousand dollar plus Water Softener and they have not refunded me or done anything to fix the issue. They are a terrible, terrible, poorly ran, unprofessional company and I would suggest everyone stay far away from them. I'm filing a lawsuit this coming Monday against them.

Joseph provided a lot of detailed information on issues that were not addressed or made worse by my previous heat pump service, McCall/Waychoff. I consistently paid for twice a year maintenance including add ons for mold from a well known large local service. Now I have been informed that I was basically ripped off over the last five years. I appreciate Joseph educating me on the issues. Unfortunately it is going to cost me and my family a lot of money to get this addressed adequately. I am more than upset at being consistently ripped off in this area by so called reputable services. It really is a big problem in the Jacksonville area. I am hoping my experience with Snyder will be significantly better going forward. If it’s not, I will be sure to update my review.

I called into the office at 5:15pm about the issue I was having with my unit. Time window was 5:30-8pm I was told by dispatcher. Dylan arrived right at 8pm, which is fine. Not his fault. I was bounced around between two techs. Dylan found the leak after several test. He pulled a pipe and loud air noise came immediately after. Seemed knowledgeable. But then insisted that there could be other issues in the unit by garage, and that additional test that had to be done. Didn’t finish test until 10:30pm. Went up in attic. Wanted 4 more people to come out to return to run a new Copper line through attic to unit which was not needed I was told by 2nd company. I was quoted $6,900 for the repair work. Got a 2nd quote from another large contractor in Jacksonville for $1,470. They fixed the repair in 3 hrs and A/C unit is working great. Dylan was knowledgeable and loved his gas detector wand. Haha. I just felt like he was trying to find other things to try to make me buy another new unit. (Unit is 7 years old) I won’t be using Snyder anymore going forward. Not Dylan’s fault. Just felt like other company was more trustworthy. Also saved me $5,500! Thanks.

Sebastian was so Wonderful! The training process at Snyder is really paying off..Hi Tim Wood! Our new system works well. Brads business plan is really showing in the quality of the whole package. Clean vehicles…excellent technicians. KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT Work.. Oh and I applied for dispatch. Months ago. Ryan was flat out the best technician I have ever encountered. I have been in water and fire Restoration for 30 years myself. We are having our new a/c system installed Tuesday 8/23. His calm profession demeanor was exemplary! He made the sale out of sheer honesty. Also a thank you to Tim Wood.. I was with SERVICE MASTER when I met him. Whatever business model and training strategy you guys are using Tim are paying off. I left SM because of that incident. I am at TERRY VEREEN. Thank you Snyder.. five stars. Kerry AHERN/Bragan Second visit from Zion was amazing!! For a new kitchen faucet install. He is so friendly and motivated. I won’t have another plumber but him to do my work. HE IS A NATURAL!! Never seen someone so young with the knowledge he has about the job!! Hang on to this kid… he’s a HUGE ASSET TO SNYDER PLUMBING!!! Devon came today for our bi yearly inspection for the awesome $250 a year program! It includes 2 inspection for electrical and plumbing!!! YOU HAVE GOT TO CALL SNYDER ABOUT IT. Devon is a FIVE STAR FOR EXCELLENT SERVICE TODAY. Brad you are really onto something here because your training methods are making Snyder the BEST IN JACKSONVILLE!! Keep it up!! Today is 5/11/2024 and I had a Chris Burger as an electrician at my house. 21 years old and he was absolutely AMAZING! He rewired our fuse box and it was done absolutely perfect!! He is now my Snyder goto ELECTRICIAN!! Kerry Bragan A wonderful new electric fuse box and AC FIXED PERFECTLY!! K B Mr, Nyguen, Was very professional and his work is impeccable!! 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ STARS!! 3/5/2024 Dillon Carter did an outstanding job. He found the problem and not only sol it but added new drainage piping to ensure that the air conditioner condensation line doesn’t get backed up again! I absolutely adore this technician. He goes the extra mile for the customer! Brad, you are doing an excellent job training your team!! Kerry Bragan 9/17/2024 Ken did a very thorough analysis of our plumbing system. He also flushed our water heater. Ken was absolutely an adorable and polite guy! Very professional and knowledgeable!! I’m looking forward to him assisting in our Repipe project when we can afford it. Kerry Bragan 09/16/25 Carlton was AWESOME. Our bathroom sink was barely draining. Our Technician, Keith, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Very Honest and gave me a run down on what is going on. I only know little to basic knowledge of HVAC but he was able to break down the info for me. I know that Snyder has served the jacksonville community for many many years, glad that we contacted them. Will look to Keith and the team for future services.

My wife and I wanted to take a moment to thank Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electric for the amazing work on our three bathrooms. The shower in our master bathroom experienced a pan failure which resulted in a leak. Our initial plan was to have the shower repaired as we couldn’t use it. Amos Riley visited our home to assess the scope of the project and provided an initial estimate which we felt was fair and competitive compared to other local businesses. We signed the letter of intent, and two weeks later, Amos and his team arrived on-time as promised. We decided early in the demolition process to do a complete revamp of all three bathrooms starting by expanding the overall footprint of the master shower, converting the remaining two bathrooms into walk-in showers, and updating the vanities and toilets. As the project progressed, Amos and his team identified issues that had been plaguing our bathrooms since our home’s construction in 2006. Plumbing lines were moved, rotted studs from the initial leak were replaced, lighting and electrical were updated, and a new vision of our bathrooms were slowly coming together. As each bathroom came together, Amos referred the flooring and tile work to Rafael Rocha; owner of Rocha Finish Flooring Inc. A waterfall effect was precisely implemented in the master shower making it a focal point that stands out. The shower niches that Amos recommended, along with the penny mosaic tile that Rafael installed, provides a beautiful accent in all three showers. Rafael also installed flooring in all bathrooms, as well as our first floor, and later came back out to install a backsplash above all three bathroom vanities. The final piece to the remodel were showers glass doors which was referred to A&M Hydroseal of Jacksonville. Each door was custom fitted and installed. Overall the frameless glass doors and hardware have premium finish which adds to the character to our bathrooms. What started as bathroom repair turned into a full blown remodel. We were very fortunate to have Amos and the Snyder Team to lead this project as we now have a full spa in our home. The team was very attentive to our questions, provided immediate feedback, and ensured resources were lined up through each phase of the project. We would recommend Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electric for any repairs and remodels.
