Joseph provided a lot of detailed information on issues that were not addressed or made worse by my previous heat pump service, McCall/Waychoff. I consistently paid for twice a year maintenance including add ons for mold from a well known large local service. Now I have been informed that I was basically ripped off over the last five years. I appreciate Joseph educating me on the issues. Unfortunately it is going to cost me and my family a lot of money to get this addressed adequately. I am more than upset at being consistently ripped off in this area by so called reputable services. It really is a big problem in the Jacksonville area. I am hoping my experience with Snyder will be significantly better going forward. If it’s not, I will be sure to update my review.

Both Jennifer and partner both did An amazing job, answered all questions and very thorough on cleaning the dryer vent. As always Snyder does not disappoint

Ian from Snyder AC came early. Did a good job left the house in better condition than when he found it and fixed the air conditioner in about an hour. I highly recommend his service

Jason was very knowledgeable about the heating AC unit that I had. He found the and fixed it with little problem. Did an inspection of the whole system and pointed out some areas that could be improved on. He was friendly and we talked during most of the visit. Highly recommend both Jason and Snyder.
