Tony gave me a call 2 hours early to see if he could come now, since he just finished a job about 5 miles away. I was very grateful. I had a schedule conflict and he just unknowingly solved it!!! Showed up very professional, had a great personality!! Checked everything out, Showed me the capacitor was reading slightly low. Had plenty of experience with capacitors going out at the most inopportuned time. He changed it out in about 5 minutes. Tony was very respectful of my wife working from home and my animals. It was the best decision I've made letting Snyder install my AC and keep up with the preventive maintenance.

Tony is one of the best techs EVER! Super Expert, extremely courteous and friendly, and went through everything with us so that we understood the inspection. This is also our first time using Snyder and we are very pleased with every single person we’ve come in contact with all the way to the end with Tony. My experience with Snyder Plumbing is truly the best experience I’ve ever had as a homeowner dealing with plumbing issues in 40 years of Home Ownership! The staff is extremely well trained, and very professional, who work hard to give you the best deal possible. Tony Bravo did the most thorough plumbing inspection (Which I highly recommend on older homes!), followed up by very knowledgeable repairs performed by Sam Marshall. Finally have new shut off valves that replaced rusted, stuck valves that caused unnoticeable slow drips behind that majorly damaged many of my cabinets! In addition, added access to shower controls that were not functioning properly by providing access through a closet. These are just a few of the problems which they provided remedies to. It feels good to know there are no more running toilets, dripping, showerheads, or slow leaking bathtubs or sinks. Everything was performed at a reasonable cost as a valued customer with the Snyder Family Plan. I would highly recommend this company to everyone with no reservations!

After signing up for the monthly Snyder care program, we had them come out to service our AC before it got too hot. Emmanuel did a fantastic job not only taking care of our equipment but also educating us on our system. He went over everything in such great detail and made such a wonderful impression. If you have someone come out to work on your unit I HIGHLY recommend trying to have it be him. Coming back to add to my earlier review! Through the Snyder Care Program, we also had their team come out and do a full plumbing inspection of our recently purchased home. Tony Bravo and Thor Fennell did a fantastic, above and beyond job that far exceeded my expectations! Their inspection was thorough and their findings were explained in detail. I appreciated their guidance on recommendations and possible upgrades to our system. I can’t wait to recommend them when friends and family ask!
