He explained the age of the unit and got it to work. Also, Tom was able to get in contact with the company and is sending another co-worker out for later tonight to explain options and coats with me. Tom called to let me know that he was on his way. He arrived before my appointment time. He quickly assessed the problem. He told and showed me the parts that needed replacing. He called and ordered the parts. The parts were available this afternoon. He left and picked up the parts; he let me know when he was back; and quickly replaced the necessary parts and rechecked everything to make sure everything was working properly. He was efficient and courteous.
