Our heater went out in the middle of the night during the recent freeze (2026). Next morning I called around to a few places to see who could come out to fix it. Everyone said tomorrow. Except Snyder. They were slammed due to the freeze, but they had someone out at 6pm that same day, with the Diagnostic Fee waved. The Technician, Stephen Hammett, was just as incredible. He spent an hour and a half rewiring the board of our Heat Pump, as the strips and refrigeration unit were not working together. He then helped look in the attic at the ductwork and answered all of my detailed questions effortlessly and enthusiastically. He most definitely went above and beyond, and then after all that, he only charged us for the maintenance of rewiring the board. Extremely, extremely good experience! I proceeded to purchase their yearly maintenance plan because of the way Stephen explained it, answered my probing questions about it, and the outstanding service all around, from the time I called the dispatcher that day, until Stephen was finished fixing our unit. From this experience, I can see why their mascot is a superhero. They definitely saved our day! Thanks Snyder!

Our new HVAC system went out after only 3 months. Arnett Snyder AC responded and had Stephen Hammet a superb technician come to evaluate every aspect and component of the system. He found the problem to be a clogged drain pipe, cleaned it and took time to educate me on the periodic use of vinegar in the drain pipe tray between service calls to prevent this problem. Val was an amazing tech. He showed up on time, understood my request to relocate two outlets from inside the cabinets to the top. He was very professional and completed the job promptly. He cleaned all work areas and provided the proper parts for a well done job. I would absolutely work with them again. I am adding more to the review since I had a lot more work done. Stephen was great at servicing the a/c. Amy was amazing at explaining our issues and coming with a great solution for us. The crew came by early to install a new complete unit. They were very professional and flexible since I had other repairs in the house at the same time. They cleaned up all work areas and were clear at teaching how to care for our new upgrade. The next day, Marcus came over and completed a full duct cleaning and sealing. The two men were thorough and prompt. I am very satisfied so far with all the work I have had done with Snyder.
