Roger Mier, our Snyder service technician, just performed one of our two annual maintenance inspections and we couldn’t feel more confident that we were in great hands. His quiet professionalism and highest quality standards were evident from the moment he arrived. Kudos to Snyder for having terrific representatives like Roger. We’ll be asking for him for our Fall visit!

Roger, our technician, was great—super friendly, professional, and really thorough. Honestly, he made the whole experience easy and stress-free once he got here. The reason it’s not a five-star review is because the original appointment was set for Monday morning, and… well, nobody showed up. I got a couple of texts saying they were running late, but no real updates or ETA. Eventually had to cancel and reschedule for the next day. I get that delays happen, but it’s a little frustrating to block out half a day, put errands on hold, and then end up with an empty driveway. That said, once things got back on track, Roger totally delivered.

Roger Meir was our specialist today from Snyder Plumbing. WOW! Great job, excellent communication and are very happy with our condensate pump. We absolutely want him back for our 6 month maintenance check.
