So far so good. Had Zach out for estimate on new hot water heater installation and moving from laundry room to garage. Also for moving air handler to garage. Will update when job is complete. UPDATE Thursday June 15 2023: OUTSTANDING! So glad we went with Snyder Plumbing. Zach and Miguel showed up on time, they were very professional/courtious, and the attention to detail on the hot water install was amazing. We will use Snyder Plumbing for any all future needs. I highly recommend! Great job by Zach and Miguel. Update 9/25/23. Had a plumbing emergency and had secure water to the house. Called Synder and spoke to Christin(?) Who was very professional and understanding especially early Sunday morning. She schedule Randy for 0800 Monday morning, yes he was early. Explained what had happened and immediately began repairs. So very impressed with workmanship and attention to detail. Outstanding! Will use Snyder for all plumbing needs. Thanks Randy and thanks Snyder! UPDATE 9/26/23 Cant express my sincere gratitude enough with Snyder and thier technicians. Thanks Christine for your etiquette on the phone this morning, very professional and welcoming. Mike showed up early was clean and respectful. He has a great work ethic and a high level of attention to detail. Again highly recommend Snyder for electrical needs. UPDATE 10/11/23: yet another outstanding job! So appreciate this company, polite on the phone, rapid response time, and quality workmanship. Highly recommend and we will continue to use. Thanks again! UPDATE 3/19/24: Mark out to give an estimate for some electrical work in our bathrooms. As usual he was very professional and courteous, very nice man. MTF after the completion of the work. Work completed on 2/21/24 by Tyler. OUTSTANDING 5 STAR review! He was very professional as well as very courteous. His work was impeccable and he will be requested for all other electrical work we need. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Update: work completed by Micah on 3/3/24. ANOTHER outstanding professional employee of Snyder. He was very courteous and displayed terrific attention to detail. We are doing a total bathroom remodeling and wanted all new plumbing fixtures. Will ask for him by name for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend this 5 star emplyee/plumber. Work completed on 4/25/2024: Micah is our go to plumber. The bathroom reno is complete and could not have done it with out him. Highly recommend! Another 5 star review. Update: work completed by Ricky on 10/29/25. ANOTHER outstanding professional employee of Snyder. He was very courteous and displayed terrific attention to detail. Ricky cleaned up existing wiring and installed three new switches. What words can adequately capture the feeling of safety and calm that we acquired acquired in just fifteen minutes? We purchased a house "as is", which is code for "surprise" ... when we opened the faucet in the kitchen, we knew that we needed a plumber... and with Snyder we got a Swiss army knife. Joseph asked us what problems we had with the house and we gave him the list. HVAC, a stuck sliding glass door, electrical, rotten wooden stairs, roof leak... and Snyder handled all of them. We asked him to quote us a minimum "get by with it until we have more money" estimate for the plumbing ... and he gave it ...but he also showed us "here's how you can get everything that I'd improve if my mom was living here"... the $200 per month financing will protect our sanity. We are now living comfortably thanks to the versatile team at Snyder. NO WONDER THAT THEY HAVE 490,000 STARS FROM 11,000 REVIEWS. High quality is hard to find, but we know who to call the next time our "AS IS" dream home surprises us. Update: joe followed up and now he has scheduled the repairs.... i didnt have to arrange anything. JOE is watching over the repairs like a hawk. I have full confidence in his oversight .. ..... Update April 4 2025 We needed a septic repair and guess who was there to push this ahead? Shawn, Randy and Joe.... and in less than 3 days the new sand was in and the wider diameter pipes and we won't see that septic field for at least another 25 tears. Thank you, Snyderman Update Saturday April 5 2025. These guys want us to get our backyard back to normal, so Randy showed up on his day off and removed more sand. Thank you!

Snyder did amazing from the phone call to sending Randy to my house to handle my ac issues and boy oh boy do I have issues but I feel comfortable Snyder Air and Bryce have me on the correct path for better air quality, they installed a uv light and a starter pack for capacitor highly recommend.. I wanted professional and I got professional, thanks Snyder team and Randy for rebuilding my shower / tub valves thanks to them finally no more dripping faucets and bye bye to the potential flood if not fixed in time .. thanks for making us feel like we picked the right place couldn't ask for better service and professional. THIS TEAM STANDS OUT CONPARED TO OTHERS WE HAVE WASTED MONEY DEALING WITH... WE ARE SNYDER FANS " GO SNYDER AIR AND PLUMBING YOU ROCK "" 11-15-24 i called again and Dan Purdie came out to fix my plumbing issues and found out it was a drain field issue, he also sold up to date high flow rate toilets because ours were out dated and the prices were very reasonable,,, thanks Debbie for always checking in on me we get so busy in our day to day activities I appreciate Debbie for calling us every 6 -8 weeks she's the reason I stay with this company.. thanks Snyder team...

Our technician, Randy G, was incredible and went above and beyond. The company responded quickly to our issue and sent Randy out promptly. He worked tirelessly on a Friday afternoon to repair a drain pipe leak that was causing water damage to our home. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.
