So far so good. Had Zach out for estimate on new hot water heater installation and moving from laundry room to garage. Also for moving air handler to garage. Will update when job is complete. UPDATE Thursday June 15 2023: OUTSTANDING! So glad we went with Snyder Plumbing. Zach and Miguel showed up on time, they were very professional/courtious, and the attention to detail on the hot water install was amazing. We will use Snyder Plumbing for any all future needs. I highly recommend! Great job by Zach and Miguel. Update 9/25/23. Had a plumbing emergency and had secure water to the house. Called Synder and spoke to Christin(?) Who was very professional and understanding especially early Sunday morning. She schedule Randy for 0800 Monday morning, yes he was early. Explained what had happened and immediately began repairs. So very impressed with workmanship and attention to detail. Outstanding! Will use Snyder for all plumbing needs. Thanks Randy and thanks Snyder! UPDATE 9/26/23 Cant express my sincere gratitude enough with Snyder and thier technicians. Thanks Christine for your etiquette on the phone this morning, very professional and welcoming. Mike showed up early was clean and respectful. He has a great work ethic and a high level of attention to detail. Again highly recommend Snyder for electrical needs. UPDATE 10/11/23: yet another outstanding job! So appreciate this company, polite on the phone, rapid response time, and quality workmanship. Highly recommend and we will continue to use. Thanks again! UPDATE 3/19/24: Mark out to give an estimate for some electrical work in our bathrooms. As usual he was very professional and courteous, very nice man. MTF after the completion of the work. Work completed on 2/21/24 by Tyler. OUTSTANDING 5 STAR review! He was very professional as well as very courteous. His work was impeccable and he will be requested for all other electrical work we need. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Update: work completed by Micah on 3/3/24. ANOTHER outstanding professional employee of Snyder. He was very courteous and displayed terrific attention to detail. We are doing a total bathroom remodeling and wanted all new plumbing fixtures. Will ask for him by name for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend this 5 star emplyee/plumber. Work completed on 4/25/2024: Micah is our go to plumber. The bathroom reno is complete and could not have done it with out him. Highly recommend! Another 5 star review. Update: work completed by Ricky on 10/29/25. ANOTHER outstanding professional employee of Snyder. He was very courteous and displayed terrific attention to detail. Ricky cleaned up existing wiring and installed three new switches. First of all, my wife and I want to thank the Snyder Electric company. We had a whole house generator and new electric panel installed, and it was the best experience we have had from any company! From Mark the manager; to all the scheduling staff a job well done. The communication was awesome and everyone was cordial, and treated us with respect. A special thank you to our technicians Isaiah and Gavin. These young men were professional, knowledgeable, conscientious, and most important polite and friendly! They communicated with us throughout the entire job explaining what was going on as they worked. Their work ethic is beyond what we have experienced with other companies. The confidence they displayed was a major part of our comfort because it was a big job. When the job was completed the installation looked great and everything operated as it should have. Thank you Isaiah and Gavin for doing a great job, and representing Snyder Electric in a way that has gained them a customer for life! We also want to mention that Snyder replaced the drywall that was cut and removed, and their pricing is highly competitive because we had other estimates from companies. But as far as my wife and I are concerned: With technicians like Isaiah and Gavin, a manager like Mark, the excellent customer service, and all the great support staff it is worth the extra cost if that were the case. Thank you Snyder Electric for making the experience and peace of mind worth the money spent.

Josh came on time and did a great job. Marty came on time, Did a really great job. Was very thorough very professional, explained everything to me and was very nice. I appreciated it very much. Wayne came within the timeframe that he was scheduled to come. He was polite. He was dressed clean and he is extremely smart knew what he was doing and explained everything to me so I think that Snyder is a great company because they have great people. Once again Mark came onetime and prepared and is taking care of the problem. He is knowledgeable, professional and takes the time to explain what it the issue and how he is going to fix it. MArty Worked very hard to fix my generator and he keeps finding more issues. He is very through and I am happy with them

First, the positive, The four employees I met were pleasant and the electrical connections were done to code . Second the negatives, Dewayne and Andre came late in the morning took and a two hour lunch. Afterwards the lead electrician sat in his car for an hour, while his apprentice tried to do work, he did not have the capability to do. They did not carry enough electrical supplies in their truck to complete the job in one day. You can see from the photographs that the pro/trans box was put in unlevel. In the other photos you can see the install of the two hanging lamps was not properly attached to the cable that supports the lighting from the ceiling. In the last photo, you can see how I fixed it. When they came out to do the original estimate, I told them the type of generator I had so that I could install a system to use it through my electric panel. I also showed the electrician on the day of the install the type of generator I was using. After everything was installed, and the electrician showed me how everything was going to work it turned out my generator does not work with the system they chose to install. That means I need to sell my generator now and buy a new one because of their mistake. After spending the entire day, he blamed my hanging light fixtures for the reason he had to come back a second day to finish the installation. This is after they spent six hours of actual work time when it should’ve according to another electrician, I talked to taken three hours. Last, but not least the lead electrician cursed under his breath repeatedly loud enough for us to hear from the other side of the room. Finally got a generator that would work with the system they installed and the installation of the back up generator wiring panel was incorrectly done we went without electricity for four hours, waiting for Snyder electric to come back out. Mark Sallette Came out and fixed and repaired what the previous electricians broke and badly installed. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would give Mark a five out of five stars. I would change my rating overall if Snyder Electric did something to reward my wife and I for the unprofessional behavior of the previous electricians and their shabby work. Such as a minimum of a $100 gift certificate at a local restaurant to pay for my time and frustration level.
