German was polite and prompt. However, I feel we were taken advantage of by unrealistically high prices. A new thermostat costs $40 & 10 minutes labor, yet we were charged over $400. When confronted, German said he couldn’t call his office for an explanation on the high labor cost. We will not use this company for any of our houses.

German was very polite and found the issue quickly, informed me on what caused it, and told me what my options were without pressuring me into making a snap choice decision, unlike another AC company who was relentless about making a choice there and then (if any company tries to do that to you, run away!!)

German Perez Arrived on time, listened to the diagnostics I had performed, painstakingly searched for Freon leak, found several issues, provided several warranty repair alternative part options. Also suggested some self maintenance techniques. Pro all around. You don’t want your condenser coil to look like the one in the photo, German from Snyder fixed it for me.
