Had unexpected drain issues which are never fun. Especially with a big family and a baby. Scheduling a repair was easy. Was told by dispatch that the technician would be there at least before 10 pm. Carlton from Snyder called me around 8 pm and came early which was a god send. He came and fixed our problem easily and was polite and informational.

I need to have a chandelier installed as the flush mount light that was currently in place was just not doing it for me. My technician Marty was exceptional. He was extremely professional, very communicative and a pleasure to work with. I had many questions about the installation, which he answered completely and with great patience. He is very knowledgeable about electrical overall and made me feel comfortable with the work that was done. I would definitely call Snyder again for the nest electrical job hands down. So you can only leave one review per company. And that sucks because Snyder does a lot of work in different areas. So I'm just adding to this review. Just had Carlton at my house for a few hours working on some plumbing. I seem to fancy myself, quite the DIYer, but the reality is everything should be taken out of my hand that resembles a tool or that has any kind of power. Carlton had to come and help remedy a lot of projects I had done around the house. He was extremely knowledgeable, very courteous and a great communicator. Called Snyder services spoke to David for a plumbing issue. He provided me with an appointment for TODAY: unheard of in today’s fast paced society. He dispatched Mr. Carlton Smith who performed an amazing removal and replacement of deficient toilet components. Extremely professional and courteous. He explained in detail what he was doing should I had any questions. Absolutely genuine courteous and extremely knowledgeable plumber. Mr. Carlton was ahead of schedule and completed the job quickly. Hang on to this kid… he’s a HUGE ASSET TO SNYDER PLUMBING!!! Devon came today for our bi yearly inspection for the awesome $250 a year program! It includes 2 inspection for electrical and plumbing!!! Today is 5/11/2024 and I had a Chris Burger as an electrician at my house. 21 years old and he was absolutely AMAZING! He rewired our fuse box and it was done absolutely perfect!! He found the problem and not only sol it but added new drainage piping to ensure that the air conditioner condensation line doesn’t get backed up again! I absolutely adore this technician. He also flushed our water heater. Ken was absolutely an adorable and polite guy! Very professional and knowledgeable!! Carlton was terrific! I thought I had a leaking toilet but Carlton quickly assessed the toilet was not the problem. He continued searching for the source of the leak and when it was not clear, he consulted colleagues. Together they were able to determine the source of the leak and make repair. Many months of frustration ended for me after Carlton’s took the time to find the problem.
