Snyder will NEVER get my business again! They charge a dispatch fee that does not include a full diagnostic of the issue. Then their tech Aiden Tavenner refused to leave the property before he was paid. Professionalism at its poorest! Perhaps he would not have been so bold with a male. Regardless, poor customer service, prices, and still don’t have a working AC unit!!!!

Our AC stopped running at night and Snyder was able to send someone over the very next morning. Aiden was awesome. Very professional and informative. He explained what he would be doing and when he found the problem he went over our needed repairs plus some of our options to keep our system running even better.
