I went to Snyder because I had a bad experience with Home Shield. I had hoped it would be a better experience but appears not. Since I have had my new AC installed I have had an tech out here five times and lost over a week of work hours trying to get my AC fixed. Having to spend so much money on a new unit, I wonder how their leadership would handle this. The technicians are very friendly but it is insane to have so many problems. Today I spent $170 for a surge protector that I feel should have already been on the system in the beginning smh.

Travis was super professional. He was very thorough and spent a lot of time explaining the project and the process. He then came out and completed it efficiently with minimum downtime. After he took the time to explain what he did and address any concerns I had. Definitely recommend Travis.

My last experience was a repair to my hot water heater. Kat came out on the same day, as usual with Snyder. Service with Snyder is always excellent. Kat was fast and very polite. I don’t know where Snyder finds it’s people but they are always so nice and skilled.

Glad I called Snyder! Their basic plumbing service call was explained up front and it’s reasonable. Dan got here in a couple hours, found the issue, gave a quote, and fixed the issue right away. Snyder will be my go-to company from now on.
