Dylan is the best technician that we have ever had the pleasure to meet. No one has ever explained things so thoroughly. He is the reason we decided to switch our service contract and invested in the suggested systems to improve our air quality. Excellent experience! Later Marcus came to do the vent cleaning and he was so nice and made sure we were comfortable with everything that he and his assistant were doing! Good experience Today Billie came to check the electrical in our house. Very nice young man and very knowledgeable and helpful. He was thorough with his inspection and answered all questions for us and also gave us some written information about our plan which was most helpful.

Update 11/6/2025: Kadarryl and Anthony came to take care of a sweaty register and an inspection. They were on time and courteous. They made an adjustment to my air handler and performed some maintenance on the unit. I am happy with their service and I will continue to use and recommend Snyder. Update 3/27/2025: Marcus and his team came to install insulation in the attic. They were on time, professional, and personable. I appreciate how Marcus's team was willing to the little things to make the experience more meaningful for their customer. If you need insulation, don't hesitate to call Snyder and ask for Marcus. Update on 3/24/2025: Amy and the installation crew showed up on the job at 8 AM sharp. AJ and his installation team a magnificent job doing the install. They were very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. If you need to do an install, ask for AJ and his team to do your install. You will be pleased. Amy was professional, personable, and very easy to work with. She knows her business and was able to answer all of my questions and get me setup with a great system. If you call Snyder, ask for Amy to come out. You will not be disappointed.

Update - Levi S. And Dylan C. Came out to inspect our system in October 2025 and to troubleshoot an error code. Both are very professional and thorough and you could tell how highly trained they are. Really appreciated their time to get us up and running again and followed up on our problem. Best Customer Service anywhere. 2024: Daniel C. Did a great job helping us replace our ductwork and HVAC System at our new home. He explained everything very thoroughly and provided us with the best options. Marcus M. came out a few days later to start the job. When Marcus removed the old attic insulation and did fantastic work - he even sent us pictures of the effort in progress and after all the insulation was removed. That was unbelievable customer service. We are delighted we chose Snyder Air for this big project and that they sent Daniel and Marcus. Walter P. Came to get our Trane Console working - he did a fantastic job troubleshooting the problem and showing us how every worked. Outstanding service all around from Snyder Air. We also had Shawn Stewart Replace our water heater. Shawn did an excellent job - very high quality service and all done on time.

Marcus came out to clear our dryer vent. It went through the roof. He was very meticulous in every detail. He cleared the vent stack and cleared anything left in the dryer. He checked everything at least twice. I am very happy with what he did. ....thank you!

He recently cleaned the dryer duct at my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness. Marcus was punctual, friendly, and explained everything he was doing, which gave me peace of mind. The airflow is noticeably better now, and I feel a lot safer knowing the duct is clear of lint buildup. If you need dryer duct cleaning or any HVAC work, I highly recommend asking for Marcus. Val was an amazing tech. He showed up on time, understood my request to relocate two outlets from inside the cabinets to the top. He was very professional and completed the job promptly. He cleaned all work areas and provided the proper parts for a well done job. I would absolutely work with them again. I am adding more to the review since I had a lot more work done. Stephen was great at servicing the a/c. Amy was amazing at explaining our issues and coming with a great solution for us. The crew came by early to install a new complete unit. They were very professional and flexible since I had other repairs in the house at the same time. They cleaned up all work areas and were clear at teaching how to care for our new upgrade. The next day, Marcus came over and completed a full duct cleaning and sealing. The two men were thorough and prompt. I am very satisfied so far with all the work I have had done with Snyder.
