Jay did a great job installing motor for the fan in outside unit. He was very meticulous in testing the fix and identified an impending issue with drain line. Though it cost me money to fix it, I'm sure this repair saved me from future (much more) expensive water damage. Thank you Jay!!

4-1-25 Jay Miller did a great job diagnosing my Ac unit. Came back next day and installed new parts. Very professional. 4-9-25 Jay Miller came back to install 3 Filter grills and did an excellent job again.
