On July 30, 2025 Ian Russ came out and fixed and improved our AC. He also gave us more education on the AC unit, which we loved. He was very friendly and would highly recommend him again. He also educated of the whole house surge protector and the benefits of having one. On August 5, 2025, Dustin came out to install our whole house surge protector. Very nice and he also educated us on our electrical panel. Very informative and interesting to listen about our surge protector. Ian did a great job today. He went thru the Air Conditioner unit to check everything, found the issue and was able to fix the same day. Cleaned out the condensate line and made sure all was working and there were no questions before leaving. Great Job!
