I would like to amend my previous review. Debbie from Snyder tried very hard to mend this relationship, which I greatly appreciate. However, after agreeing on a price, a misdiagnosis and the credit we were supposed to receive disregarded, I can only increase my review by a few stars. Thank you for all your work Ms. Debbie. After reading the reviews and hearing testimonials from people this company seemed like the best choice, however, our experience has not been positive. Our unit had a condensing coil malfunction, in the middle of August, Snyder came out quoted us, took our payment then told us it would be 3-4 months before our part was available. After learning this I attempted to get our money back and go with a different company who could get the part quicker, but they refused to let us out of the contract. I therefore reached out to Carrier directly and found a way to expedite the part, provided them with all the information and thought they would take care of it, they did not. I followed up the next week and nothing had happened, reached out to Carrier again who reported they hadn’t received anything. So I, the costumer acquired all the information and sent the paperwork to Carrier directly. Part came, under warranty great because it is a $6,000 dollar part on a barely 2 year old unit. BUT…refrigerant is not covered or labor so that will be $1,800. Paid that, even though I personally handled most of the paperwork and actually getting the part. Now we are 6 months out and they came back out to complete maintenance, which took three different technicians before they were able to figure out what needed to be done, and they are telling us our inside coil has a leak and we are expected to pay $1,800 again for refrigerant…Don’t you do a whole system check after replacing a major part? If you are the best in the business, how come you are unorganized and unable to properly complete a job?

Service was very professional and personable across the board from Debbie in the office setting the appointment to Billie, the electrician completing the work. I got my ev charger installed where I requested it. The install is very neat and was completed without issue. Pricing is very competitive as well. Thank you Billie!

Snyder did amazing from the phone call to sending Randy to my house to handle my ac issues and boy oh boy do I have issues but I feel comfortable Snyder Air and Bryce have me on the correct path for better air quality, they installed a uv light and a starter pack for capacitor highly recommend.. I wanted professional and I got professional, thanks Snyder team and Randy for rebuilding my shower / tub valves thanks to them finally no more dripping faucets and bye bye to the potential flood if not fixed in time .. thanks for making us feel like we picked the right place couldn't ask for better service and professional. THIS TEAM STANDS OUT CONPARED TO OTHERS WE HAVE WASTED MONEY DEALING WITH... WE ARE SNYDER FANS " GO SNYDER AIR AND PLUMBING YOU ROCK "" 11-15-24 i called again and Dan Purdie came out to fix my plumbing issues and found out it was a drain field issue, he also sold up to date high flow rate toilets because ours were out dated and the prices were very reasonable,,, thanks Debbie for always checking in on me we get so busy in our day to day activities I appreciate Debbie for calling us every 6 -8 weeks she's the reason I stay with this company.. thanks Snyder team...

03/15/23 On time; professional; friendly Troubleshot heat issue and repaired it w in 15 mins. Thanks Eric! 02/24/23 Eric was extremely professional & friendly. Knew right away what the issue was; got the part and got my A/C going fast. Shout to Angie (Admin); Manager Mrs. Debbie for treating me right. Thank you ladies for your professionalism. Keep up the great work. Always a pleasure to have Snyder as my HVAC company. Ryan/AJ/Ada were on time, Extremely professional, Thorough & Detailed oriented (meticulous techs). Thank you for fixing verifying everything else was working like a fine oil machine. I highly recommend Snyder Heating & AC. I have yet had a bad experience w any of the techs.
